just got a portable insulin cooler but i need help

it didnt come with the ice packs shown in the pic and anytime i put an ice packet in, they melt within 4-5 hours.
how do i keep this shit cold bro my shits gonna go bad or smth.

Also pretty fucking inconvenient that the ice packs melt within 4-5 hours isn't it.

Hide them for the meantime until you figure your shit out you absolute nonce.

guess what all i had to do was use cold gel ice packs and put a shit ton in there and they last days cold
