brutal jaw, thats rlly the only thing holding you back from htn tbh. its more downwards grown than recessed so ur gonial angle is fucked, plan on getting jaw angle implants + double jaw surgery when ur older

you seem to have a tall but sort of narrow maxilla, so kind of downgrown too so lefort 1 would work, only other thing is dont get it alone. your highest ROI surgery would be lower jaw surgery so id just combine lefort 1 + bsso (aka bimax). either combine them or just get the bsso since thats ur highest priority... also rep plz
