Just got my Dexascan Results back and the results are even worse than i thought

Purchased a dexascan screening last week and had it today in central london and the results were even worse than i first thought
Bear in mind ive never trained in the gym for more than 3 months and even then my diet and exercise was suboptimal
I'd explain what was on the report but its best if i just show you jfl

Also,ive decided to commit to hitting the gym 3 times a week doing a full body workout which i just threw together and the guy at the dexascan place said it looked fine but im curious to hear your guys thoughts as well and what i should add/take away to my routine

The plan is to go back every 3 months as long as this bloody govt doesnt throw us back into lockdown again ill update or make a new thread

0-18 months=Full body

18-36 months=Upper Lower/Push Pull

36 months +=3-4 day split


TIME UNDER TENSION

Comps:go up by 1 set then 5kgs/10kg

Each week add 2 reps per set for every iso e.g:4 Reps of 10-4 reps of 18 E.G:Mon=10 Same for Weds then Fri do 12

Add drop set for iso:20-30% lower weight till FAILURE


Overhead Press 4x10

Cable Lateral raise 4x20

Tricep extension 41kg+2.3 4x10

Arm curl 36kg 4x10

Deadlift 60kg 5x5 GO UP BY 10

LB/HB Squat 40kg 4x10

Hamstring Curls 4x10

Leg Extension 45kg+2.3 4x10.

Ab machine 41kg + 2.3 4x10

Leg Press 52kg 4x10

Benchpress 25kg 5x5

Seated cable row 25kg. 5x5

the 3-4 day split isn't a good idea, protein synthesis only lasts around 2 days in a muscle of people who are natty.
I would suggest stick to the full body one tbh.

Yeah the full body workout is what im doing 3 times a week
that part is just showing progression after one year and then 18 months and 3 years of lifting what i plan to do workout wise
maybe by then i wont be natty
 
i have literally no muscle bro its a joke
but on the bright side it cant get any worse
Put in CARDARINE it burns fat and increases stamina

Yeah it's a PED, it can be legally bought though. Companies which make SARMS sell it (it's not a SARM though). It increases your stamina by like 20-30% overnight LMAO some of those Ruski athletes that got banned took it. 10-20 (1-2 pills) mg per day is enough.

Yep that build definitely means a high estrogen level for a male. One good thing for him is if he does get his bodyfat way down having a fat face or a beer gut shouldn't be much of an issue.

I have the same issue. I pulled back my love handles and my hips were narrow af. Sucks cuz I’m vascular everywhere else (arms, quads, calves)

Delusional. If you were high t in the first place you wouldn't have become a fat fuck in the first place. High T means you'd have had a big frame and muscles even if you were fat. Your low t levels made you have no motivation to get your ass off of the sofa or bed and put that bag of chips down and work out :redpill:

That's true, you just don't want to start injecting test when you don't know much about workout and diet, but you'll need to learn it. If you stay natural it'll be a good year or two till you start looking muscular in shape or form, you could easily lose weight naturally but building muscle for you would take time.

Just keep calorie deficit and do strength training, you will gain more muscle and lose fat rapidly. If you claim you're high T, you'll have enough willpower for such actions. And you don't need gear for that
