Just Got My Gyno Removed Today

Finished my surgery earlier today. I was classed as a Grade 1 so it wasn't super noticeable but I could notice my nipples popping out of shirts which made me uncomfortable. Also didn't help that I workout chest so just made it more noticeable.

When the surgeon removed the gland it was fucking huge I didn't realise how big it was. I'll probably share some images tomorrow cause i think they took pictures of it. It was like a lumpy squishy mass so fucking weird.
In terms of fat removed through vaser lipo it was around 200-250 CC's so again not that much.

Afterwards my lower chest was looking really deflated like a balloon, surgeon told me it would tighten up and that working out my lower chest afterwards would help any loose skin.

FYI I went to the best surgeons in my country so these costs will probably be more than usual:

Surgeon 1
Gyno: £3500
Buccal: £2299

Surgeon 2
FaceTite: £4500

Post Healing:
7 x Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: £210

what caused it?

Puberty + being fat which spiked my estrogen + genetics.

Yeah i think it can grow back but you would need to take steroids and be obese which i probably wont do
