This was my guess aswell. I have booked multiple consultations with different surgeons asking for different opinions on what I can do. Very interesting indeed. I will probably get it done next year and pick the best options.
its clearly not but the cost should indicate the surgeon knows what they are doing most likely. cheaping out gets you botched, usually in regards to rhino.

That was my guess going into it, 4-5k. - Btw. I didn't ask for genio specifically. I wanted a general consultation on "what I can do" about different asymmetries in my face, so the surgeon can recommend stuff to me.
Normal price for a western surgery, my only question to OP would be why get the surgery in Germany? Traveling abroad could halve that price with an equally experienced surgeon

I had one consultation with Ramieri and his cost for a genio is also pretty damn high. Didn't bother to look into anyone else yet.
If you’re wanting to save money I’d suggest trying out more options, no need to rush into things
