at least go for 600mg nac although sometimes nausea is induced by this
berberine of course for insulin
actually eat and exercise or they dont do shit they are like 30-40% effectiveness compared to a real steroid cycle

Take as much advantage of it as you can get your protein in and train to absolutely failure bloat will be insane tho and if you can get your hands on test absolutely brother even better results

vro i just ordered test too rad 140 didnt kicked in probably igot scammed again too jfl and my mk677 was fake too rad 140 got verified on the site but i dont feel anything test will be arriving soon just advise me abt diet and dosages protocol
