No offense, but you look scruffy. First impressions are really important, especially when meeting a woman so you have to be presentable. You don't need to wear a suit and tie but at least wear a nice pair of trousers and a shirt, get rid of the bandana and the hat. Also shave your facial hair or choose a better beard style, neck beards look bad.
