Looks like my jawline might show too, still have to wait for that to see if I want to get neck lift with lipo

the question is how do I fill out the cheekbone area? Orbital rim + fillers or just fillers? My surgeon offered malar implants with the surgery but i didnt get them bc i think they never look good in men

Lefort I advances the lower half of maxilla, from all the results I’ve seen this always means an improvement on people with recession even is the cheekbones may look flatter but it’s true I’m considering adding volume to the cheekbones but now the swelling is going down a bit and I don’t think it looks unnatural

Unless you are already very swollen in the pics I'm sorry to say this but I believe it's totally overdone, bimax gave you an undesirable chimp limp and that retarded forward growth look. People need to understand that bimax is for RECESSED people and not for NORMAL people. Your before was totally normal for a caucasian guy and even if, the advancement should probably have been less and in combo with a rhino. Just look at the tip of your nose... it looks uncanny.
Did you get CCW? It looks like you had and it was overdone as well.
10+mm advancements also are prone to relapse and are considered less stable, however, still mirin hard because of your improved breathing and overall it's not a bad result, just a little overdone imao.

Oh yeah and I'm saying this as someone who's been told by Dr Zarrinbal that I know a lot about surgery and aesthetics when we discussed such cases. Just my opinion though.
