Could anyone please tell me if this is good for 16 years old? I did 35kg dumbbell for 3 reps on the incline bench at 75kg bw.

I did 27.5 at 14 but i think this is aight (stopped training)

I lost interest, i now train twice a week.
But i absoloutely hate the gym, its the worst thing ever
Kinda relate. Can't wait to do it like Clav. Blast roids and drink beer at home

I dispise the gym and want results without going ro thr gtm.

Ngl it gets boring after a year. Very slow progress makes it annoying atp
