Seriously. Just live in a very cold city if you want to mog. If you have problems regarding “bloating” in your face, just live in a cold environment because your entire face shrinks in response to the cold and you look much better (considering you have a decent bone structure).

I’m in london rn it’s cold asl and i literally look significantly better while I’m here compared to when I’m in Spain, which is where I live.

no, i’ve literally consumed more carbohydrates here than I normally do in spain on a daily basis. It’s the cold shrinking the blood vessels on my face i’m pretty sure

I think it's the sodium and other unhealthy stuff not the carbs tbh
