I measured my height at 8pm (literally now)
Barefoot height- 180cm
With airforce 1s- 182.5cm
With 3 lifts- 186cm
Idk what my morning and mid day height is, last time it was 183cm at 12pm/noon, idk morning
But I don't think I've grown, I haven't put any effort into my height, I'm an actual cuck, I've had the knowledge and ability to for like 1.5 year, but like u know, finances became a problem many times as well as my own loss of motivation
Assuming in 183cm, and at late 17, with my growth plates in my legs and hands probably finally closed, is it possible to grow to 186cm barefoot at around 1pm (mid day) (one inch growth)
6'1 barefoot is literally my dream, I can finally claim the "over 6 feet" status and claim "tall"
I'm assuming with af1s and 3 lifts in the mid day (183cm) I can reach 188-189cm
If I was 186cm with af1s and 3 lifts I could push it to 191-192cm !
6'1 is all I need. I really hope I can push an inch of growth through my spine and whatever other way possible. I've given on hgh but peptides and ai and microfractures might make it possible.
Funny how niggas here need 3-6 inches of height growth to reach acceptable height while I'm struggling on just 1
