£500 and it guarantees a b1 shade no matter what current shade your teeth are. Dentist seems to think it'll go whiter and into the bleach shades. I'll post results in a month. You can't be good looking with shitty teeth. Pearly whites is a halo worth paying for.

Link me what you mean? I've heard of bleaching before just didn't do much research into it. I've always heard great things about Enlighten so I just went with what I assumed was the best on the market.

The coconut oil method yielded temporary results for me tbh, and yes I brush my teeth 2x a day w mouthwash
how long was temporary?

You overpaid 400 euros compared to doing it yourself at home. And you can do it every year at home for 50 bux more or less if you got your trays already, depending on the quality of the whitening product.
You are a brainlet and brainlets got to pay, 30 minute search would have saved you 500 bux, and the time wasted in going to the dentist, etc.
You even got studies showing which whitening brands and techniques are less damaging to enamel, etc.

I did it three times and after two-three weeks they were back to normal coloring. I’m going to try using coconut oil everyday now

I've read the BotB thread about teeth whitening, I've tried some of the suggested methods included on there, and I wasn't happy with the results. I mentioned that earlier in the thread if you'd have waited 5 seconds to quickly skim through the replies rather jumping straight to insulting me. The colour looked like crap and the results didn't last very long. The Enlighten Evolution teeth whitening system is far superior for various reasons. The first being it's the only whitening system on the market which guarantees up to 16 shades whiter. Secondly, the longevity of the results is incredible. To top it up you have to leave the trays on your teeth with the solution in overnight once every 2 month and it will stay the same shade regardless of the foods and drinks you eat. If you're doing it the way you're doing it, at £50, and you're having to redo your teeth every 3 months, that's £200/year anyway. In 2 and a half years you're going to be paying what you would have paid anyway to get them whitened permanently. And even if you're whitening them again every 6 months, in 5 years you'd still pay the same amount I have. All I've done which is different to you is pay a larger sum upfront for longer-lasting results, and a guarantee of a b1 shade.

Look, i know you are a brainlet, so im going to explain it so even a 5 year old can understand. Im going to explain you what the treatment consists of just by reading this: " Wear the Enlighten whitening trays overnight for two weeks and then visit your dentist for the final 40 minute treatment."
2 weeks of carbamide peroxide 10-20% and if your teeth are not "16 shades whiter", then the dentists will rekt your teeth with whatever % of hydrogen peroxide until they are white as milk. If they already whitened to "b1 shade" with the at home carbamide peroxide 10-20% then the dentists will save the 40 minute procedure and more shekels for him.
The cost of custom trays is 50€, the cost of the CP and HP ranges from 5€ to 70€, the tubes last for years and so does the whitening, if you do maintenance like they insctruct "you have to leave the trays on your teeth with the solution in overnight once every 2 month". The total price for whitening your teeth for many many years is around 100€ to start with, and after you run out of CP or HP 5-70€ depending on how much quality you want in your whitening products.

An IQcel would spend 30 minutes reading some papers, check what's the procedure that damages enamel the least ( it is low contact times and hydrogen peroxide fyi), buy a reputable brand (with fluoride and other mineralizing additives) and do it at home. Not only he will get the same results but with less damage to his enamel.

But as i said before, brainlets will pay, just like people were buying 20€ red leds for 2000€, others will pay 1000s€ for dermarrollings, teeth whitenings, and all the rest. 30 minutes or a couple hours reading, and the "difficulty" of the procedure is too much for them.

If they last for 6-12 months than I will do it

Fair enough. I've overpaid. But we're talking £400, not thousands. It's a lesson learned which will help for the future. It feels as though you're more interested in proving me wrong and how much more intelligent you are, rather than actually trying to help, though. I appreciate you informing me about how I could have saved money, but you could have done it without being a patronising prick. I've fallen victim to marketing, just like billions of others around the world do everyday. And I'd bet you have too if you were to show me your bank transactions from the past 6 months.

Well, you just needed to add the affiliate link for a promo thread for that shitty "guaranteed" treatment. Shit thread got the answer you deserved.
Check this study so you know what to use on your teeth for incoming years, get the whole study somewhere, this one is just the resume: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20306867/

PS: I shit on marketing.
