You have alot of E2 calculators on the internet, just search it up.()

I would recommend you switching to Aromasin over Adex, since you can get estrogen rebound if you don't taper off correctly. While with Aromasin you wouldn't have that problem since it is Suicide Aromatese Inhibitor.

Make sure to get blood work 4 weeks in when test is fully saturated. depending on how good ur AR genetics and how quality ur gear is you may respond tremendously on 250mg (ie 250 x 6.5-8 = total testosterone) or a very low responder 250mg x 4-6= total testosterone). If it's the latter you should definitely consider upping the dose since ur shutting urself down so might as well get the most bang for ur buck.
I started 300mg (except with a 360 front load to get blood levels stable) but will probably up the dose depending on my response.


also testosterone can make your face more dimorphic ignore all the copers. there are plenty of anecdotes of people who were low t going on multiple testosterone cycles and/or high normal trt doses and their face experienced drastic changes. but it only works if you genuinely had low t. plus u feel really good on it. I'm not going into detail but my precycle hormonal panel showed very bad numbers that could warrant treatment for TRT when I'm done, I'm 2 weeks into my cycle and already noticing amazing effects on my mood. might be placebo but idgaf I aint complaning.

You probably don‘t need AI with 250mg. You can take it once you notice puffy nipples. Also chance Adex to Aromasin. Adex causes estrogen rebound.
