I pinned 0.2ml on middle and lower abdominal area, one on each side of obliques, two on each side of nipple for gyno, 3 areas of pubic fat pad, one under chin and one on each side of jaw.

the burn only lasts half an hour or so and it'll be a bit painful when you put pressure on it for up to a week.

obliques are really bad, the face doesn't hurt that much surprisingly.

weirdly enough the obliques didn't hurt that bad. The MOST painful was pubic fat pad... holy shit it hurt, really, really bad.

I wanted to pin in 4 areas but had to stop at 3, the pain was too much.

Also, when can i expect results? my jaw feels quite tight and it's only been 2 days.

i used 31g insulin needle with 1 ml syringe. I loaded up 0.2ml of aqualyx with the advice of @Orc and then pinned in the areas i wanted.

You don't need to pin that deep as you're only injecting subcutaneously.

It can burn BAD, so you should slowly pin and be patient. I felt minimal to zero pain after 15 minutes, woke up with zero pain but nipples remained a little puffy/swolen.

i feel like making a seperate thread for the guide as some people haven't pinned before.

so far I have good results from jaw. jaw looks sharper for sure.

submental region had improvement but i also have low hyoid bone unfortunately

gyno improved

some improvement in pubic fat pad but the pain wasn't worth it, my dick is big anyway

oblique slight improvement but honestly i see no point in pinning obliques or any where on the abs unless you are incredibly lean, im talking below 10%.

buccal area DEF had best improvement and so did overall jaw line.

I recommend pinning under jaw line and buccal region. NOTE: pinning buccal can result in lumps and scars that dont go for up to 1-2 weeks. You will get swollen and it will be a heavy looksmin temporarily for 2 weeks. Dont pin before special occasion

pretty much immediately, if ur pinning nips I just wouldn't do anything too physical for 2 days ish as it can sting.

you have to buy your own, don't make the mistake I did and draw/pin with the same needle. I bought 31g insulin syringes with irreplaceable needles and so that meant the needle gets blunt from drawing. A blunt needle will cause more pain to pin, nothing too crazy but it's just easier.

Buy 31g separate needles and then buy 1ml syringe.

Looking forward to a more comprehensive post/guide when ur ready
