How did you find the nerves? if you ever did

I didn’t, when i was injecting if the needle felt more uncomfortable then usual id take it out and inject again in a similar location a couple mm away from the previous injection point. I did this for myself to mitigate any side effects but there was some times where I still decided to inject anyway as hitting a vein is VERY UNLIKELY and often the needle scrapes the vein and at my depth the chances are very slim that I would not ever Inject into a vein but it is important you have no air bubbles just in case.

Most of the time if you scrape a vein a trail of blood will follow on the way out, clears away after a minute or so
