What I want to achieve - fixing shoulder issues, spine issues and hip issues.

I also might grow a bit from ipa+cjc so we’ll see.

I have shoulder impingement, shoulder tendinitis, bulging disc at lower back and probably hip impingement

it's gonna be beneficial for *any* injury in the musculoskeletal system. Tendons, muscles, bones. It essentially speeds up repair in any of those areas.

I wouldn't expect it to do much for impingement related issues if it is in fact impingement (note, "impingement" in the shoulder area is overdiagnosed and most GPs or physios throw this condition out like candy. Source: am physio).

Bpc157 and TB500 are the ones that are going to do the work. GH stimulating peptides doesn't do much.

My shoulder injuries are there for so long already I just wanna heal those mofos. Do you have any other advise?

BPC157 and TB500 is gonna carry this.

If you got access to true HGH then there is no reason at all to do CJC+ipa. These peptides were literally developed because they could be sold by companies as "research chemicals" and HGH can't.

HGH is well, straight growth hormone. CJC+ipa stimulates your body to release more HGH.

I have left shoulder pain, it's a tendon injury I think, it doesn't really go away no matter what stretching or PT shit I do, the pain is not chronic tho, sometimes I have it, sometimes I don't, it's just bothering me cause my lifts are stagnating

I inject 500 mcg bpc157 daily 250 morning 250 evening

Tb500 I do 5mg a week

do you have any idea on how to recover tendos faster i fucked my knee tendon 2,5 months ago shit still hurts doing even leg extension 5kg 💀 and also fucked my right shoulder tendon recently can't even do shit in the gym now

U gotta pin cjc+ipa 3 times a day for maximum effects
this is what is said online, just pin once before sleep but obsly pin alot like u aint gonna see nothing from 200mcg

Natural recovery and pt training or u can get tb 500 and bpc 157 for faster recovery but physical training is still needed, go in YouTube for the stretches and training

You need PT in order to recover a tendon its a must

Cuz they dont heal themselves
