In Italy you can get a bimax by very good surgeons for 10-11K euros
if you want to save as much as possible, the best choice is Andreishev in Russia

Go to europe. Having complications during the most invasive surgery (they're fucking cutting ur face in pieces) will make u rope srsly. If u can't afford US surgeons, go to europe where it's significantly cheaper.

Frankly I’ve been to Mexico and Thailand and am not really scared of going there for jaw surgery though. Actually like more than half of all Orthognathic surgery videos on YouTube I have found are from India and Mexico and they seem to know what they’re doing.... look up Richardson’s craniofacial hospital
