i'm a 6'5 light mtn, high ltn

But I'm still treated like an outcast due to these things:

- still living at home with parents
- differing political views
- no finished college education
- no gf or friend group
- being on the primal diet

It's a confluence of these things that result in them viewing me as non NT.

@Seth Walsh Brutal social class pill.

Gave up on rap career 4 years ago. Only hobbies after work now are video games.

You’re not being treated like an outcast because of your politics, your height, or your diet. You’re being treated like one because you’ve opted out of real life and expect social credit without putting anything on the table.

Living at home, no degree, no career momentum, no social group, no consistent self-investment—these are choices, not just circumstances. And blaming people for not embracing you while you give up on your dreams and settle into escapism isn’t going to change anything.

Here’s the hard truth: people respond to what you do, not what you say. No one cares about your height or your opinions if you’re not showing discipline, progress, or purpose.

You want to stop feeling like an outcast?

— Move out. Independence is the baseline for being taken seriously.
— Pick a skill that earns. Study it like your life depends on it.
— Work out. Presentation matters. So does confidence, and it starts with action.
— Start talking to people. Daily. Social rust only breaks with reps.
— Cut gaming to a couple hours a week. If it’s your main hobby, it’s a crutch.
— Forget the rap career. Create something useful now. Post your progress.

You’re not broken. You’re just stalled. Get moving.

I do a blue collar union job that can earn well in the future. Sadly there's no status in this.

Don't want to move out of parent's house to pay rent if I don't have to.

Don't, you shouldn't.

You know it's a good idea to stack some savings while living at home. It's a good privilege. My last post was written with ChatGPT.

OP was a good meta realisation that life is not all looks. Just control what is in your control. Yes social class pill is brutal. And still, NO ONE talks about it.

Whats the point of talking about it though? Like I feel like knowing about it is kinda useless since there is already an emphasis on success and besides pursuing a good career and building connections there isnt really anything else you can do with the "social pill" type information - its all kinda water imo

It's less changeable than looks.

That's the blackpill.

At least you were shooting ropes on that one coworker thanks to airtight game :feelsokman:

Yeah, but wouldn't that be enough reason to not even bring it up though? like hearing about something less in your control will only feed to a negative self-view imo, that just doesnt sound healthy nor beneficial to me like at least with the "bluepill" worldview on it is more suited for action - social class pill does matter but I'm not sure is so devastating to the point where u can't reach personal fulfillment or happiness and success (unless the situation is really bad). I think focusing on those things and not even looks just more practical things like talking to people, building strong connections, having confidence in going for things etc stuff like that should be talked about more

You change it. You can at least try. It's all about how you position yourself.

My body count is 4 and 2 of them were coworkers. Haven't had sex since 2023 though.
