I used to go on friday and even saturday evenings too sometimes when I was still going to the gym. pretty brutal in hindsight. now I just do pull ups at home when I feel like it and look better than when I was a gymcel.

I definitely will some time in the future.

Problem is it's literally impossible to get bloodwork here because every lab is connected to the national healthcare system.

I'll probably cycle after surgeries to quickly regain muscle mass, with the benefit of being in another country where bloodwork is possible.
