Just received a very weird compliment from a cashier

I know the following story sounds weird and sounds made up, so believe it or not.
I went to a shopping center to buy a Christmas gift and got a consultation in the beauty department for a Dyson hair curler.
Out of nowhere the advisory lady told me straight up: "you have a very nice facial structure". I was so surprised and just answered "haha oh really" she then said " yes definitely, do guys never get a compliment?" and i said "no not really".
I was too shy to hit on her so I ended the conversation.

Did she maybe said this because she wanted to simply sell me stuff? Can I take this seriously and would this have been a chance to get her number?

Some people are just really extroverted: friendly/flirty with a lot of people. People in customer sales are more often this type.
It could just be a nice compliment, or it could've been flirting. You would need to flirt back to know which one it was.
