Honestly oversleeping isn’t bad as long as your getting at least 8 hours. Some people need more. All that matters is at least 8 hours + calories and training. I’d only wake up earlier if you can’t get your calories in the time that your awake. Hope you made some progress good luck bro

you can significantly improve your occupits appearance by doing reverse neck curls religiously. I had gay alien and now its legit warrior after doing a shit ton of sets of them everyday increase weights progressively. The only downside is that your chin will recess from fixing your neck posture but in the future your skull will grow correctly which is more important imo
