The thread was about DHT and how doing high intensity traning lowers it or smt. So my question is why do some people promote high intensity traning such as sprinting ? And if it is true then should i only lift instead of sprinting and running?
 
What most people in this forum do not understand is that instantaneous hormone changes are not that important, that is, the hormones that drop for a short time after high-intensity exercise do not mean much. However, I do not recommend long runs as they are sometimes tiring for the body. My recommendation is sprint + gym
