Dude seriously, unless you have D3 insufficiency, don’t take it at all. 100k UI per day, will make you go to the ER, D3 in high levels will make you feel super anxious and can lower your blood pressure, because it lower your magnesium. So, you also need to take a huge amount of magnesium to avoid this side. And btw I doubt your doctor prescribed that huge amount.
