It hurts way less than rolling, and it works like a derma pdn, making straight holes, just position it and press, ive even managed to make my skin blead.

Yeah you can use a single roller for both face and hair. Maybe disinfect in alcohol when switching between face and hair cause probably different bacteria are on your hair than your face.

For hair you need to go at least 1.5mm the higher probably the better.

If you get a derma pen or derminator, electric micro needling device, you can manually change the needle length.
