Just woke up 1.5kg lighter and ripped abs

I tried to bulk for the last 2-3 weeks. Upped my calories from 2200 to 2500.
During the last week i went up from 68.5 to 70kg. Already looked more puffy and watery till yesterday. Went to the gym 4 times this week and did heavy workouts. Also 8k steps a day.

Now today morning i woke up feeling totally ripped and flat. My belly is totally lean and abs are coming out. Then i was shocked. My weight has gone down to 68.2 kgs. All the training the last weeks was for nothing. Wasted energy.

So that means i need to eat more than 2500 cals??
This whole gymcelling, calories, being lean, not gaining fat and building muscles thing is making me go crazy.
I look very skinny and need to build muscles, but my body is simply against it.

Abs are the same as a big dick. Useless because you cant see them. What matters is how you look in daily life with clothes.

you can swoosh with water weight. u can also gain weight on a cut temporarily like this.

you also probably have an eating disorder with this food intake and amount of exercise. i am the same. you will "not allow" yourself to actually bulk. this is made clear with this futile obsession with gaining no fat on a bulk.

Is it acc eating disorder? I rlly wanna gain wieght and muscle but I cant bear the though of having a slightly puffier or fat face for even just 2 weeks. Like I understand that in the long run its prob better if a bulk for a period then cut, but I dont want to not be lean, abs and all. How to mitigate this?
