I tried to bulk for the last 2-3 weeks. Upped my calories from 2200 to 2500.
During the last week i went up from 68.5 to 70kg. Already looked more puffy and watery till yesterday. Went to the gym 4 times this week and did heavy workouts. Also 8k steps a day.
Now today morning i woke up feeling totally ripped and flat. My belly is totally lean and abs are coming out. Then i was shocked. My weight has gone down to 68.2 kgs. All the training the last weeks was for nothing. Wasted energy.
So that means i need to eat more than 2500 cals??
This whole gymcelling, calories, being lean, not gaining fat and building muscles thing is making me go crazy.
I look very skinny and need to build muscles, but my body is simply against it.
