When I jut my jaw forware I become more gl
Which type of surgery do I then need for that effect to come?Does it means that my jaw is recessed? Or do I lack forward growth?

If you look better when jutting forward probably your maxilla which is the important bone is fine but your mandible is recessed.

Look up BSSO surgery
