It’s hard to look like a retard while doing unless you have a super ogre chin or you jutt so hard you have an underbite

How do you do it tho? Do you align the bottom row of your teeth with the top with a little gap between your teeth so you dont bite down? If thats the correct way im doing it in the mirror rn and it dosent rly make a crazy difference its barely even noticeable
