Does jutting actually work? I have a slightly overbite, and they told me to start jutting, is it a thing for a temporary fix, or is it like mewing that develops overtime? Also, it feels weirdly uncomfortable, my right teeth touches but my left doesn't, is that supposed to be normal? Thanks.

i jut because i have a terrible chin, i think its safe but it can just strain your jaw muscles&joints if you over do it for a long period of time.
