i mean probably to some extent right? it has dandelion root extract magnesium potassium and nettle leaf other vitamins and other extracts of some random plants which is garuanteed to pull water and make you retain less. is it overpriced as fuck yes and honestly if you go into your local health/supplement store you can find the raw ingredients mix it yourself and create a way cheaper version that does the same thing minus maybe 1-2 of the bullshit extracts he has in there
