only thing that moves the bar significantly for most ppl is getting lean

improving stuff like coloring, hair, etc.. can also help you quite a bit if you are at least decent genetically, but it won’t make as big of a change he says it will (could bring you from like a weak mtn to a strong mtn, but not from a weak mtn to a cl+ like many make it seem like)
