To preface I am 15% bf and have above average bloating usually.
BUT with cardio for 15 mins I can usually achieve at least mtn facial definition if not better. KCL 1000mg in the morning and 1000 more at 2pm made my face that defined with no cardio, effectively solving my problem of needing cardio to reach high mtn. If you aren’t already bloated it won’t do much but it certainly helped me and It couldn’t hurt to try.
