For those wondering, this didnt elongate his midface. Notice in the first pic his head is tilted up more than in the 2nd, this gives the appearnace of more compact midface. You can tell by comparing the levels of the eyes and ears, in both the pics.

True. In the first pix the maxilla was far too up. Upperneath the nose. They just brought the maxilla down to the lip

Lefort 1 wont have any effect on the eye area at all jfl. They just cutted his recessed cww over rotated maxilla and added vertical length and put more forward growth. His upper maxilla zygos and stuff which is the part that creates a good looking eye area stayed the same.

good undereye support has to do with a short zygomaticus muscle attachment, tall lower third + compact, clockwise midface could recreate masc tall skull except with tight undereyes
