I legit go from htn to ltn in just one day of eating high salt and carbs, whats the fast wr way to get rid of all bloat?

3:1 or 4:1 potassium to sodium

the ultimate solution is just losing fat and dropping BF%, but other than that u can take diuretics like hcz or natural diuretics like coffee/green tea. You can also just wait it out and drink a decent amount of water.

Everything here is cope the only way to debloat is starve and flush out water by things like drinking vodka even though it’s temporary
 
Just remove salt completely and do low carb diet ,you should use diuretics just in special occasion and even then be careful to not go too hard cause your eye area will look auscwitz tier

The only way to debloat is removing water weight and or just being leaner, that’s why drinking vodka will instantly debloat you, you piss out all the fucking water their are so many studies that prove salt intake does not matter nearly as much as drinking around 4 litres a day of water because it flushes out old water as your drinking it (water weight). and while potassium is proven to help with water retention (to a minor amount) the main reason potassium is seen as a good food for debloat is because TikTok cucks over exaggerated it. Potassium helps to communicate messages from the brain to muscles located in the digestive system. These messages tell the muscles in the digestive system to contract, which helps to break up food and allow it to be digested efficiently
