I keep having dreams about this girl I went to elementary and middle school with
I know for a fact we both liked each other in 8th grade but nothing happened because I had a gf and then we went our separate ways for hs and haven't seen each other since.
but recently she's been showing up in my dreams every week or so, what does this mean?

after middle school we kept in touch for abt 6 months until covid hit
honestly I'd completely forgot abt her till I first had a dream abt her last week

same boyo. I also forgot about her and when i saw her, jesus, my mind went crazy but the thing is that we made eye contact and she ignored me. Maybe i should have talked to her and i failed.

Btw do you still have her contact ?? Mine changed everything. Her insta, phone number, fb and all.

Very common actually. Dream studies state that you are likely to dream about people you subconsciously desire to learn more about. I guess you wanted to connect with her really badly at one point in the past.
