So I’m lifting Saturday (in 5 days) and need to be 160 to get to my target weight class. I was 162 this morning but by afternoon I’m up to 166, if I’m weighing in at 2:30pm I’ll probably be way more than a morning weigh in. So either I need to find a way to maintain my morning weight till weight ins and eat after or start protein loading and hopefully magically get stronger since I missed my opening weight today :lul:
