I know it's difficult as fuck being depressed, and I know that it's damn well over, but whatever it is you gotta do to keep yourself busy, DO IT. It might be something that you can improve upon little by little each day like a hobby, your body, your spirituality, studies or whatever. Stick to it, and fuck the noise.

Personally, my main cope has been studymaxxing and it's been helping keep the inner voices quiet. They're still there, but I'm able to ignore them and fall into the flow of whatever it is I'm keeping my mind occupied with. Shut everything out and stay committed to what'll keep you going, to what'll keep you HERE. You know what it is. Your soul knows. Keep busy no matter what, and fight the darkness and depression. FIGHT IT

It may be over, and you're always going to be suffering, but you can suffer less. Try to suffer less. And if you're winning right now, celebrate those small victories.

Suffer less.

shelf anxiolytics work for me

taking them + melatonin and being physically active gets me in the IDGAF mode which is really useful to be more productive if you're an overthinker

This tbh, many sub5s and normies are living peacefully despite the blackpill
The world isn't just black or white, being busy is ironically the best thing to do to forget about "life"

I'll look into those anxiolytics they sound interesting. I've just got back into the whole working out thing after about a month of not doing it, and it's such a good anchor. I feel settled after an intense session, and it's good for my mind. Keeps you sharp, invested.

I wish I could take melatonin but I'm a UKcel, I believe I'd have to get it prescribed, or it's illegal. My only intakes is my vitamin stack but I'm gonna experiment with it this year, change some things around. Add and subtract.

Indeed. I feel so shit when I'm just rotting not doing anything. I'm much better off keeping at something even if only for a little while. Since I know my motivation comes in bursts, I just spread all of my to-dos out as to not to get burned out on one thing. At the end of the day I reward myself with vidya. If I'm rotting, then it's likely because I've been consuming media all day and that's my own fault. Gotta keep accountability.
