Keeping a procedure a secret?

I am only planning on getting 2-3 procedures tops before I am hopefully fully satisfied with my appearance. One of which will be custom jaw implants. They will be just wide enough to be the same width as my upper third, or slightly wider, but I do not have a super thick skull, to begin with.

Do people notice custom jaw implants if they aren't brad Pitt looking? Or will people just chalk it up to losing weight and maturing?

I would say my jaw sort of looks like James Franco's, but even less angular. I am hoping to have a similar jawline to Chico, not because I worship him, however, he is a good example because are head widths are similar in relation to our frames.

Will people notice? I am also pretty decent looking, to begin with so I am not exactly invisible already.

Depends on a procedure. Nose Jobs or hair transplants are definitely always noticeable even by the most retarded normies.

Implants should be very fine, unless you go overboard and will look comical. Most people won't be able to tell you had them, and if some of them do you can always say it's due to working out. You can also change you beard, so they will think you look different because of it. Or wear a mask and claim to be responsible for the public health

Grow out a beard for a few months before the procedure, than cut it the day of the implants. Than people won't really notice
