Kefir vs Raw Milk

What are your thoughts on kefir compared to raw milk during puberty? What are the different benefits of each.
 
I used both and I’m 5’ 11”. Used kefir to try and fix my gut unfortunately I have a dairy allergy so it just made it worse.
