i have a scalp that dense of hair. when its wet its good. but its gets puffy and frizzy when i go outside and looses its shape.

any tips for hair other than this. like about oiling and stuff?

with oiling i get acne breakouts on the foreheads. i try applying oil just before bathing. but it gets something to like this in a day
