keratosis pilaris on cheeks

my skin would be perfectly clear, i have no acne, pimples etc, but i have light keratosis pilaris on my cheeks. not really visible from further away, but noticeable up close, to the point where people have commented on it irl

what can reduce it? i doubt i could get laser surgery at 16. already tried shit like glycolic acid but it was useless

Some sort of topical retinoid like adapalene or tretinoin should help

theres like a slightly peachier/redder tone but the bumps are the bigger issue

use eucerin urearepair plus 10% urea lotion at night, if you use too much it will burn beware
