most of society has been indoctrinated to believe that a pursuit of a superficial life would bring them the utmost benefit
this couldn’t be so far from the truth
materialistic possessions have no inherent value to a human unless it is essential for human survival (shelter , food etc)
everyones inherit goal is to be happy and healthy
which is not compatible by pursuing a superficial lifestyle
true happiness is being healthy not just physically but mentally
true happiness is being stress free
