So I’ve been doing kickboxing for the past year and really enjoy it, I’ve lost alot of weight, strengthened my bones and learnt how to fight. I’ve been doing gym for the past year but consistently for the past few months. I really enjoy both but don’t have that much time to do of them. I don’t want to go like once a week bc then there’s hardly any progress. What do I do. A lot of ppl at my kickboxing gym are arrogant wannabe hard guys, everyone’s a dick but I’ve got some friends who do it with me so.
