I'm so glad I decided this to be my first post after reaching 10k posts. This presentation is for people that are considering getting kids or wanna get children in the future. I decided to keep this strictly to boys as I found it easier to do research this way. I hope you guys know that I'm only sharing this to all of you guys cause we're all in the same boat and I don't and I repeat DON'T hate anyone here (including @Goblin)

Let's make some things clear:

-I don't care if you think having a LTR/having kids is bluepilled, not the point of this thread.
-I don't care if you believe genetics is 100% everything, this project is about maxing out the potential. If you have actual legitimate genetic flaws (manletism, balding, skin diseases, extremely non-deep-set frog eyes) you shouldn't breed anyways for that matter.
-This project is NOT finished. I'm still looking for people that would like to participate in finishing this and I'm even considering making a seperate discord group where we can discuss research, edit the presentation and much more.

Are you ready, really? Alright, here it is:

Some major points being talked about:
-The prenatal stage (Diet, exercise and lifestyle)
-Making sure your kid doesn't end up like a low T soyboy (Still working on this but I think the prenatal testosterone part is done pretty well already)
-Craniofacial growth (Breastfeeding, overal posture, sleeping position, hard diet and much more)
-Sports and NTmaxxing

Let me know what you guys think, I did my best to make it look as good as possible but I'm always open for advice/tips and I realize some of the things may be wrong etc.

@Guest @FatJattMofo @SayNoToRotting @x30001 @Lorsss @Gebirgscel wanna participate?

ive had a conv with @FatJattMofo some months ago about what would be the best activities as a kid/teenager, i think i wrote; gym (musclemass, dimorphism) + 1 high T/social sport (like wrestling, american football,boxxing) + swimming (for frame and cardio)

Sounds good and yeah exercise/muscle has an effect on the underlying hard tissue so high T sports/swimming would be perfect

We need to consider social interactions too, it's very important. Imagine our sons will hang around with nerds instead of doing physical activities outside.

I don't think people will actually contribute. Because anyone can research themselves and putting in more effort to try and make other people understand the information someone works hard for, and giving it to anyone for free, just isn't in anyone's best interests.

Yeah but it's about collecting good research in general

I just feel like anything truly valuable wouldn't be provided, with thorough explanations to everyone for free. When the person who finds new discoveries can just apply them to his own life. I don't think anyone would go out of their way to share, explain and make sure everyone else understands because it's a waste of time and of no benefit to the person who does all the hard work to do the research

You also explain why, but if that is not enough, you need to resort to the good ol' fear and shame tactic lol.

The problem I’m having is I don’t want to tell them when they haven’t even learned what it is yet

ded srs?
sugar? surely not.
yes, not ded srs, just a theory tho

eat sugar - spike blood sugar - spike insulin - this spikes Insulin like growth factor (IGF)

IGF 2 is needed prenatal and early childhood, IGF 1 for puberty, inject bot if you want, but it is risky

DHT regulates Insulin and bodyfat and still gives dimorphic growth/appearance

There was a similar thread on lookism I remember, it was pretty level-headed and realistic as well.

Found it - "how to raise a chad 101"

I have read many many times that sugar inhibits HGH. This aint it chief

The diet part of this presentation should not contain any plant foods, especially seeds since they are full of anti-nutrients and have no nutritional value.
She is nutrition scientist
What they get thought in school is horseshit anyway

HGH =/= IGF
and you mean overstimulation, that is why I said to get DHT and anti-diabetes chemicals

very experimnetial tho

Nice but you should change the title cause its misunderstandable asf
