“Looksmaxxing advice” related to bone/physical development is useful for under 14s. That advice is literally just have good tongue posture, don’t be fat, go outside and get vitamin D, eat healthy and exercise so your testosterone and DHT are high in your formative years.

Middle schoolers don’t need to be worried about all the other shit people do on this forum, aside from getting a nice haircut and making sure you don’t have acne.
