I'll keep this quick absolute no yapping.
1. LISTEN TO ASMR ("muh waterrr" keep reading there's more)
Most underrated method.
STOP listening to music and START listening to ASMR 24/7.
Personally I find ear cleaning videos the most relaxing.
WARNING: don't listen to ASMR while sleeping as it will decrease sleep quality. It's best to wear earplugs during sleep for absolute silence.

2. HUG METHOD
Get your grown ahh a teddy bear (preferably a cute/good looking stuffed animal...brutal) and hug it tightly (when nobody's looking). This triggers oxytocin release, which inhibits cortisol.
Tip: Rub your buccal fat against the puffiest surface of the stuffed animal for maximum oxytocin release.
3. GNYO FLICK METHOD
Yurt
Flicking the nipple increases oxytocin levels and unlike busting a nut u can get more oxytocin for longer using this method ...there's more science behind this but I won't explain bcus I'm keeping this short.
Study: there's no studies on this but just ask Gemini
Finally...
4. LAST RESORT METHOD: HANG UPSIDE DOWN METHOD
Cortisol is produced in the adrenal gland, which is near the kidneys (so lower half of ur body basically). By hanging upside down, less blood flow, which delivers ACTH (the hormone that tells the glands to produce cortisol) goes to the kidney area because they are all flowing to your head thanks to gravity!
IMPORTANT: This final method is a last resort and should only be used to stop cortisol spike and the upside down position should only be held for a few minutes.
Lmk if this helped, thx for reading
