At the age that you are now, which is kinda "last cal"l age . You owe it to yourself. To try the following, for 1 year as a test:
* Go FULL out Looksmaxx for 1 year (non surgery)! And evaluate aftyer that 1 year, if it was worth it (and if to continue).

So:
* skin maxxing (retin-A, dermarolling, etc..)
* lose fat (you're to fat, ideally around 10% bodyfat) and get some muscles. Also lifestyle maxxing (food, etc.)
* try reverse balding (there is info out here what can do); or go full shaven bald
* dress and groom great/maxxing
(aka read up, on all you have to know about this. Then make a plan of action, and make photos of yourself before starting. Go full out hard mode, putting it into action for 1 year. And see what happens (or doesn't happen). Then after that 1 year, you at least know for sure and you can give yourself a pat on the back for trying if it fails, or you can enjoy the new found successes if it actually works out great for you.
