I was thinking the other day, how I should go about presenting myself once I ascend to HTN facially. I realized that no matter how good-looking I become, I as a short Asian man (5’7), can’t ever act like a White frat boy. If there is a misalignment between your physiognomy and your personality, you’ll be seen as weird or trying too hard.
The thing is, it’s not necessarily related to PSL or height. There’s plenty of short Mexicans in America that act tough or gangster, but they can get away with it because they have a low-trust face and it’s more culturally acceptable to act like that in their culture. Myself on the other hand, I can’t have a too extroverted or outgoing personality because although my face isn’t feminine per se, it is too high trust to emulate some sort of slayer personality.
That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try to emulate certain parts of Chad’s personality either. Of course, you should be more assertive and extroverted, but change your personality as your looks improve and do it incrementally. You need to find the right balance between being more sociable, but not being too fake to the point that normies can smell it. I think that’s how guys that aren’t traditionally seen as good-looking or masculine have reproduced, because they know what archetype to emulate.
So in short, there is some truth to the phrase “be yourself.” Of course, you should incrementally change your personality to increase your SMV, but don’t try too hard that normies could spot a misalignment between your looks and personality. You need to find a golden ratio between those two dichotomies.
I know this is sorta water for some of you, but I do like getting my thoughts out there in the forum.
