look guys, it will bring results totally unrelated to your goal, don’t pick up personal development habits, one of the most cliché examples is cold showers, okay testosterone, okay it makes you calmer, okay, but was that really your problem, was that really it, you will say compound result, okay, but was that really it, for me hot showers honestly relax me more than cold ones, they make me calmer, cold showers stress me out, and when i say hot shower i don’t mean burning water, i mean warm shower, it relaxes me more, anyway what i mean is bro every person is not the same, every person is not the same, know yourself, think about yourself, think about yourself, like whatever philosopher said it he was right, know yourself, think about yourself, are you gonna strengthen your strong sides, or fix your weak sides, that’s up to you, for some tall guy wearing height shoes makes him look even better taller, but for some tall guys it doesn’t suit them anymore, it depends from person to person, just because you’re tall doesn’t mean you can’t wear them, for some it’s better, for some it’s worse, same thing with sport, the simplest example, if you’re not high mtn or above sport is almost useless for you, harsh truth, harsh truth, it can even make you look worse, more off putting, you don’t know, most of the time it’s like that, know yourself, maybe the time and energy you put into sport, if you put it into something else after knowing yourself, you would reach much better places towards your goal, guys sit down and think, look in the mirror, argue with yourself, say i’m forgetting all the second hand personal development bullshit i heard, i’m throwing them all away, no matter who said it, no matter what famous person said it, i’m forgetting them, and just staying alone with myself, and saying if i fix this and this about myself, i’ll be much more skilled, and much more proud of myself
