Yes, it's possible. I don't think it's that complicated.

If knowing yourself seems complicated, or you feel like you've gotta "find yourself" after reaching adulthood, then that's a very shameful thing. Men shouldn't be that way. That's the core of a beta mindset. That doesn't mean you can't be a complicated person though, just as long as you understand it's depths.
