The situation is: one part (left side) of the inside of your mouth has a small hole and your implant on that side needs to be temporarily removed for about 3-6 months so that this area can heal; then you can try to place it again.
(I won’t say it’s guaranteed to work but highly likely and your surgeon highly favors this approach as opposed to removing both Jaw implants and then reinserting both: I.e. less surgery and scar tissue for you/don’t fix what isn’t broken scenario)
Would you move through life temporarily with a jaw implant on only one side? (would also appreciate your responses to supplement your answers, if possible).
